Lucas has a degree in Physical Activity Sciences and a specialist in Biomechanics, training for many years in the USA. He is a professor of Personal Trainers, author of the book “Fundamentals of Exercise Mechanics” and international speaker.
Years of experience and study of science and muscle biology have led Lucas to have a very different vision than what many Fitness fads would have us believe and that allows people of any age to and physical condition can enhance their muscles and general physical conditionwithout having to be an exercise enthusiast or a born athlete.
